- It is not the responsibility of payment plan or payment solution companies to follow you up to see if patients are going to proceed with payment plans. It is your responsibility if you lodge an application with the patient as the patient consultant you need to keep on top of the follow up process to help finalise the payment and secure funds to book in the treatment for the patient.
