The first Word Track is your opening line when answering calls. Molly provides us with our preferred word track:
“Thank you for calling Dental Boutique, this is [name] speaking, how may I help you?”
Practice your conversations to improve your confidence and competence, and to enhance the quality of your conversations with Patients.
If you are confirming a patient’s booking, use the following word track:
“I’ll go ahead and confirm that booking now, we would love to see you then.”
