Managers – Patient Refund Form

  • Principal Dentists and approved Managers can submit the form, which will be sent to the Finance team for processing.
    Please do not share the form password with other staff members.
  • Refunds are processed every Thursday. Once the refund is done, the Finance team will reflect the refund on Exact.
