If the Patient Closes

Core:

1. Book appointments in Core/ Principle
2. Add PC note (note about the patient social history, payment options discussed, next steps)
3. Add FIN note (finance note of how the patient is paying for their treatment) in Core/ Principle – ensure this note is copied in the treatment plan also
4. Add any “to pay” notes at the front of appt and

Hubspot:

1. Fill out Hubspot patient details
2. Move patient to “WON” stage

Admin:

1. Send patient summary email and sms post consult

If the Patient Does Not Close

Core:

1. Add PC note (note about the patient social history, payment options discussed, next steps)

Hubspot:

1. Fill out Hubspot patient details
2. Move patient to “Second consult” stage
3. Continue with PC pipeline process to follow up patient to try and close

Admin:

1. Send patient summary email and sms post consult
