When you have equipment breakdown and a repair is needed within the clinic, please follow the below guidelines on who and how to contact.

Plant Equipment/Dental Chairs – Henry Schein

Please check the Guides below and see if the issue can be completed in house. If it seems like a simple fix, feel free to call Amanda for advice before lodging a service request.

Please do not contact service technicians directly on their mobile – we need to have a paper trail of all communications.
All requests should be sent in writing by email and please cc your PM, PD and amanda@dentalboutique.com.au, so HQ can escalate if required.

VIC – service.vic@henryschein.com.au 

NSW – service.nsw@henryschein.com.au

QLD – service.qld@henryschein.com.au  

SA – service.sa@henryschein.com.au 

Handpieces

All NSK handpieces are sent directly to NSK and others to Handpiece Hotline.

All clinical leads need to track the handpieces that have been sent off for servicing.
