This video demonstrates where to find more information about individual calls. We start with the patient’s file then drill down on specific calls to find the recording and the transcript. Other functions shown include how to jump to certain points in the call and then the playlist function. This allows admin to create a playlist of calls either from a team or agent to give feedback or use for training purposes
