The following video shows how to send an After Care video.
Unpacking the video
The following steps provide a summary of the process to send an After Care video to a patient:
- Click on the appointment
- Click on the paper plane icon (called “send”)
- Select SMS Chat
- Select the required video and press Send
- Also remember to add the E – aftercare Video Sent appointment icon to the appointment
