Tyro HealthPoint reconciliation reporting allows you to reconcile daily private health fund claims on the Tyro EFTPOS machine.
These reports are broken down at a provider level and there are two different types of reports that can be pulled – summary or detailed.
Summary reports show the claim totals for each health fund as processed by each provider in the practice. The detailed report shows the same information but in addition it shows the details for every claim processed.
STEPS TO RUN THE REPORT
On the Tyro EFTPOS machine please select:
- Menu
- Settlement and Reports
- HealthPoint Report
If you have tried the above steps and you are unable to run the report the local Tyro support team is available for general enquiries on 1300 00 TYRO (8976) from 7am – 9pm (Sydney time), 7 days a week.
