Logging in
Video shows how to log into Dialpad (on the Dialpad browser) – I demonstrate logging in using my own Microsoft log in. Once logged in, I show how to launch the Dialpad app to start making calls
User Interface
Video shows how to navigate the basic UI of Dialpad. I demonstrate the personal inbox vs the department inbox to ensure users are in the right spot to make calls/messages. I also explain how to ensure you are connected to your headset and how to set internal and external availability for calls. Lastly, I show the users how to ensure they are calling/texting from the correct department
Connecting to Hubspot
This video demonstrates how to connect the user’s Dialpad to Hubspot. We go through how to find the connection and how to set it up. This connections is crucial as its how the information is stored in our CRM (Hubspot) so we know how many contacts etc a patient has had. Once connected, I demonstrate how we can check its working and also how to access a pts Hubspot page directly from Dialpad
