How will your induction learning be completed?
Your learning will consist of a variety of opportunities to understand your purpose and develop competency across your role. This includes eLearning, observations, activities, case studies, role plays, and more.
We want you to be happy and confident in your progress. The team here at DB are very supportive, so be curious and ask questions as you progress along your learning journey.
Activity 1 – Questions and Reflections
As you progress through your learning, note down any thoughts or questions that you have for your lead. As you progress through your day, you may have more questions arise. Continue to capture those so that you can discuss them when you meet back up with your lead.
What to expect on your first day
On your first day, your lead will set you up for success, including taking you through a tour of the clinic where you’ll meet the team.
